This survey will be used to construct the 2019 EE and E regular seasons.

Please enter as much accurate information possible so that a schedule can be produced quickly.

The 2019 team fee is $400.00. Your completed roster, supporting documentation and fees will be due on May 19, 2019. Revised rosters will be due June 13, 2019.

The schedule will be produced from this survey! Each team is asked to only complete one survey. Any additional information should be sent to Pat Anderson once the survey is completed.

Classes EE and E will begin regular season play after Memorial Day and will play until the last weekend in June. Games will not be scheduled over the July 4th week. Tournament format will once again be double-elimination, all the way through the State Championship! The tournament may begin the weekend of June 29-30, but will be determined by the number of teams.

There will be a mandatory manager meeting on Sunday, May 19, 2019 at 1:00 PM at a location to be determined.
