Welcome to the Class D - Adult League Survey!

Class D is officially back as a Hot Stove division. The special playing rules will be posted soon.

Please complete this survey with the information you can. Only 1 survey per team, please. Information, such as costs, will be sent out to all respondents as well as posted to the OHSBL website as well as this one. The team fee will be approximately $475 per team and will include insurance and a double-elimination State Championship Tournament.

There will be a mandatory manager meeting on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Rustic Hills Country Club, 5399 River Styx Rd, Medina, OH 44256.
